Go with all-wheel drive (AWD) if you want better grip on wet or snowy roads, and you still get 288 miles of range. Both setups run on a 97.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that puts out 220 horsepower. This SUV seats five people and measures 190.6 inches long, giving everyone room to sit back and relax on the road.
Charging the Equinox EV works fast. DC fast charging hits speeds up to 150 kilowatts, which adds miles in a hurry. At home with a 240-volt outlet, FWD models charge fully in about 9.5 hours. AWD versions take around 5.9 hours. The Equinox EV also comes with trailering provisions as an option, so you can tow light loads when you need to. Minnesota roads are no match for this capable electric SUV.
