They make getting a car easy. Nice friendly staff.

The tech got oil on my door, steering wheel and seat. He must have been covered in it. I have been a customer of this dealership for 30 years, I have never had this happen before. I have a 2025 Traverse that I pride on keeping clean. Very disappointing. I called them on it and I will be getting an interior detail for free.

People are very courteous. One complaint would be brought my new duramax in for first oil & fuel filter change and oil hand prints on the outside and inside of my white truck.

Brought the truck in for Tailgate recall and asked about the trailer brake problem I have been dealing with. I had found out there is a service bulletin on this problem . So they apparently hooked it up to diagnose it and said it needs a new trailer plug for $300 I declined the work because I believe it’s the trailer brake module. But was still charged $137.55 which was never mentioned headed of the work being performed. Very unhappy about the whole process not to mention the danger of towing with GM’s faulty brakes

Friendly , and fast service for my oil change!

The best car buying experience of my life. Everyone was friendly and helpful but most importantly they were NOT pushy! The only auto dealership that I have ever walked away from NOT feeling like I was played and / or lied to. Note, I am 73 and have had a lot of car buying experiences. This is where I will come the next time we buy a vehicle.
